Okay so I ditched the tattoo and because it looked wierd when I smudged it downward I cropped it a little. I really didn't want to mess with it so much on some program I'm not familiar with.

personally i think its pretty cool.. not sure if you were trying to make the face look like it had makeup or not (with the hard edges, you know what im talking about), but to me it looks more like adding vector images to photos in a fashion forward kind of way. as for the nightmare before christmas "tattoo" it looks incredibly fake, and would do much better without it.. besides, it doesnt fit the mood or feel for this piece. as a matter of fact, i think it kinda kills it and takes it down to a elementary level. dont get me wrong, its a kick ass movie, but it doesnt fit here... i love the colors, and the shadows could use some work. i would suggest adding a slight-moderate "S" curve to the over all image, and maybe take down the saturation by 10 AFTER the fact. just my critique. i hope you find it useful.
